Problem Note 44558: SAS® Financial Management form that is checked out does not honor subsequent lock on cycle or time periods
If you access a SAS Financial Management form set and check out a form, the form does not honor locked time periods when it is checked back in. Any time period locks that were enabled after the form was checked out are ignored and the 'locked' time periods are still editable in the form.
This is marked fixed in SAS Financial Management 5.3.
